Traditional cooked breakfast with locally sourced sausage, 2 rashers of bacon and
egg (poached, fried or scrambled) together with your choice of tomato,
mushroom, black pudding and baked beans

Dales Vegetarian Breakfast*
Vegetarian sausages and egg (poached, fried or scrambled) together with
your choice of tomato, mushrooms, hash browns and baked beans

Dales Sandwich
Hot bacon and/or sausage sandwich in lightly toasted brown or white bread

Smoked Bacon Sandwich with Marmalade
Served in lightly toasted white or brown bread

Toasted Teacake with Wensleydale Cheese
Hot buttered teacake served with slices of Wensleydale cheese

Egg on Toast
Scrambled, poached or fried egg served on white or brown toast

*For hearty appetites, extra sausage and/or bacon can be requested!
