BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the dining room generally between 8am and 9am, however if you require an early start we are happy to provide a full cooked breakfast at your chosen time.  Please advise at time of booking if you have special dietary requirements.

Help yourself to our selection of cereals, fresh and tinned fruits, yoghurt, toast and homemade preserves, followed by our freshly cooked Dales Breakfast including your choice of locally made pork sausage, bacon, free range egg, tomato, mushroom, black pudding and baked beans.  For hearty appetites, extra bacon and sausage can be requested!

Dales Vegetarian Breakfast
Cooked vegetarian breakfast with your choice of meat-free sausage, free range egg, tomato, mushrooms, hash browns and baked beans

Bacon & Eggs
Bacon and a free range eggs served on white or brown toast

Smoked Haddock Fishcake
Locally made grilled fishcake, served with your choice of poached or scrambled egg

Dales Sandwich
Hot bacon and/or sausage sandwich in lightly toasted white or brown bread

Toasted Teacake with Wensleydale Cheese
Hot buttered teacake served with slices of Wensleydale cheese
