BED AND BREAKFAST TARIFF

To 31 March 2012

For stays of one or two nights:
Double occupancy - £70 per room per night
Single occupancy - £55 per room per night

For stays of three or more nights:
Double occupancy - £65 per room
Single occupancy - £50 per room

From 01 April 2012

One night:
Double occupancy - £75 per room
Single occupancy - £55 per room

Two nights:
Double occupancy - £70 per room per night
Single occupancy - £55 per room per night

Three or more nights:
Double occupancy - £65 per room per night
Single occupancy - £50 per room per night

Booking Notes

Any two room booking will have exclusive use of the facilities at Cornlee.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets and have no facilities for children under the age of 12.

All rooms are available for single or double occupancy only.

We do not accept single night bookings on Friday and Saturday nights unless the booking is for two or more rooms. 

Due to the potential disruption to other guests, we cannot accept bookings from persons attending wedding functions.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £10 per room per night payable by cheque or postal order will be required at time of booking.  Please note that we do not have credit card facilities. 

If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.  If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained unless the accommodation is re-let.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival or in the event of a "no-show", the full accommodation costs will be payable.
