Breakfast is served in the dining room and timings are flexible to suit your planned activities.  Please advise at time of booking if you have special dietary requirements.

In addition to a selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt, our cooked breakfast options are as follows:

Dales Breakfast
Traditional cooked breakfast with your choice of locally made pork sausage, 2 rashers of back bacon, free range egg, tomato, mushroom, black pudding and baked beans

For hearty appetites, additional sausage and bacon may be requested!

Dales Vegetarian Breakfast
Cooked vegetarian breakfast with your choice of meat-free sausage, free range egg, tomato, mushrooms, hash browns and baked beans

Bacon & Eggs
3 rashers of back bacon and 2 free range eggs served on white or brown toast

Dales Sandwich
Hot bacon and/or sausage sandwich in lightly toasted white or brown bread

Bacon and Marmalade Sandwich
2 rashers of back bacon with homemede marmalade served in lightly toasted white or brown bread

Toasted Teacake with Wensleydale Cheese
Hot buttered teacake served with slices of Wensleydale cheese
